Durban has a sub-tropical climate and experiences hot and humid summers and very mild winters. The hottest months are normally February and March with the temperatures hovering around 30 Celsius. It is the high humidity levels that add to the discomfort factor. In winter the daytime temperature is normally in the low 20's Celsius with the overnight minimum being around 11 degrees. Rain falls all year round but the peak rainy season is from October through to March. |
